The hotel staff was amazing. From front desk check-in to the bartender, I was thoroughly impressed by their level of service. The hotel itself, however, was not at all a 5-star resort, but I was happy with what I got for the price. The room was clean, but smelled faintly of smoke. The bed was not the most comfortable, but again... you get what you pay for. Overall, I wanted a clean hotel close to Port Canaveral and that's exactly what I got! The attached bar with great service, drinks, billiards and karaoke was a nice unexpected bonus!

Ok hotel.Posted Sep 27, 2015
Very close to the port, if you are cruising. Good rates. Breakfast was good too. Only thing was the shower tub kept backing up with water. Someone needs to unclog it.

Good stay for a cruise bookingPosted Sep 6, 2015
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly and the price was very good
Location: there is a mall about 5 minutes drive from the hotel and lots of restaurants on Merritt Island which is about 5 or 10 minutes away
The hotel is right on US 1 and 528 the hotel was very good for the night before our cruise the port is about ten minutes from the hotel there was a shuttle service for $5 per person round trip it was great we parked the car at the hotel for free right in front of the office the hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was actually very good not your regular continental breakfast if you are going on a cruise I would highly recommend this hotel

BewarePosted Aug 14, 2015 on Hotels
I had ordered a roll a way bed when booking the room, but upon check in they did not have any. We had to sleep 3 adults to a bed. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the internet or I would not have booked there. The motel sits across the street from the railroad tracks so trains kept us up. We purchased round trip transportation on the shuttle to the port. However, when we got off the ship the shuttle had left without us. We had to wait 45 minutes before we left the port to be taken back to our car. On a positive note: the breakfast was good, and we were able to leave our car at the motel for free while we went on the cruise.

Hmmmmmm!Posted Aug 12, 2015 on Hotels
Room is musty, wife's allergies kicked up and I tried to convince her that we should sleep in the car, especially after the roach crawled up her arm. Hard to sleep after that. Clearly this place needs investment of money, but most of all management.

Horrível, pior hotel que já fiquei nos USA! A cada 2 horas passa um trem perto do hotel, não recomendo!

Ok beliggenhed, dårligt hotelPosted Jul 18, 2015 on Hotels
Sne. Morgenmad var spiselig med præfabrikerede produkter og f.eks. kun en slags marmelade. Dog var prisen meget lav.
