"I couldn’t have gotten a better deal. The room was warm, the water was hot, the sheets, floors and everything else was clean. No complaints. And once again I got a great deal on the room. This is not my first time at the motel and I stay there whenever I’m in the area. "

"Friendly staff & quick check-in, easily accessed rooms & parking, comfortable & inviting interiors that are clean and welcoming. The included breakfast was an enjoyable surprise bc (strange as it may be for a 60+ yr old): Frosted Flakes (among other cereal options), various yogurts, 4 juice options, bagels & toast accompanied the egg white frittata, sausage & potatoes and 2 types of waffle batter + toppings for all. Truly a nice departure from the muffin, orange juice & coffee deemed “breakfast” by so many hotels. "

"We can’t rave enough about how wonderful our stay was in this gorgeous home on the best stretch of the Weeki Wachee River! The house has everything you could possibly need, which was a lovely surprise. And the Christmas tree, and holiday touches throughout the home really felt special. Our days revolved around the river…the house has the perfect placement of chairs to view it all day long when taking a break from kayaking. We paddled from morning to sundown each day, saw lots of manatees and birds, fished, and appreciated the many kayak and SUP options available to do so. We also loved that it’s just woods across from the back of the house and so we had morning coffee with the owls and belted kingfishers. Each room of the house is decorated in such a fun style, and our personal favorite was The Beach Boys room because our daughter is a big fan of theirs. This house has so much space for our family of 6, and we constantly would say “can you believe how awesome this home is?!”. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for providing such a perfect home and amenities!"

"The Weeki Wachee River is one of my family‘s favorite spaces so we rent properties down there every year. We’ve been lucky that every home we’ve ever rented has been exceptional, but I have to say that this particular home is the best we have stayed at over the years.Spacious, roomy, nicely appointed - it checks off all the boxes of what you’re looking for. We had our teenage and younger grandchildren with us and they enjoyed all of the activities and entertainment that was provided by the host of this property. It’s a beautiful location and everything that you will need is right there waiting for you. I will definitely rent it again."

"Without a doubt the best view on the river! The water is crystal clear and the wildlife (especially the birds, fish, deer, & turkey) are active around the property. The house is clean, roomy, and very well stocked with essentials. We checked out today and can't wait for a return trip to paradise!"
