"First and foremost hosts were extremely hospitable, kept to themselves didn't even know they were there unless we needed something, they would appear and offer anything we needed at the right time. Room was neat and tidy very clean very cozy warm colors brand new bedding, amenities were perfect, nice and cool, great Ac and fan, TV has every channel you could think of, the bathroom was just right, roomy full bath with private entry which made it perfect for us.We highly recommend this spot if...

"Perfect spot for Weeki Watchee! The space was gazing and kept two teenagers off their phones and engaged in kayaking and ping pong! Had my coffee every morning by the water and saw manatees right off the dock. Make sure to check out the Silver Dolphon Restaurant and Weeki Watchee Springs kayak tour!"

"Loved this property! Extremely clean. Great views of the river and privacy of the woods across the river. Great breezes. The color theme made the house fun to be in. TOTAL THOUGHT GIVEN TO EVERY DETAIL! I loved walking around in the house just looking at everything. Nautical theme. Beautifully maintained. Kitchen was immaculate with every appliance and utensil you could ever need and more! High ceilings. Nice utility room with washer and dryer. kureig coffee maker with coffee pods. Toaster oven. Cute dishes and mugs. There were at least 6 kayaks - life vests- water tubes. Downstairs was a screened room that had the kayak stand- water toys in box- hot tub (we didn’t use it but it was clean and running) sectional sofa, table with chairs, a griddle grill and small frig for drinks. It was a great place to hang out after kayaking. They had hoses in the back and front. Outside chairs to sit out by the river. Easy dock access for kayak launching. There is also a cut out where you can get down to the river for a swim. The owners thought of every need you may have. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Nice white towels and very cool bathrooms. Comfy beds with nice linens. Each bedroom had a chest of drawers and plenty of hangers in the closet - easy to clean plank flooring. Nice TV in the living room and MBR You can program your apps with your user name and pw. It’s the perfect vacation house. One thing you do need to bring- BEACH TOWELS. PROPERTY IS worth every cent"
