“A/c,shower and toilet were barely working. I had to use the skimmer on the pool before we went in. Was disgusting. And on top of that they were housing the homeless there. People passed out with needles just outside the lobby, we got an ambulance for one.....and the room next to us. For the price. The place is a disgrace”

“Beautiful hotel with well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. Immaculate everywhere. Lovely décore and vibe. Great hot tub and pool. So much to do for all ages. Sessions Restaurant provided outstanding service as did Papi’s steakhouse. Speakeasy was a delight. Lounge with live music further enhanced ambience. Staff were all attentive and helpful. You can tell they are proud of the brand. We will definitely return.”

“Had an excellent stay on the ground floor. There is easy access to the parking area via several doors. Checkin was quick, nights were quiet, and the breakfast buffet was decent along with choices of juice and coffee. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby, so location is outstanding, but you do have to drive. I would definitely stay again.”

“This is a truly unique and wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it. It is not far from the downtown core and the parks where most of the festivals happen.
There is a ton of parking available and its included which is great. The breakfast was much better than expected for something included. We would love to go back for dinner as the food looked incredible.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to book here its worth every penny.”

“The entire visit was wonderful! Every staff member we spoke to at the front desk and dining room or passed in the hallways were very friendly, polite and always smiling. The front desk shared our excitement and disappointment of our concert event that was cancelled which was our main reason for the booking. The building and room was very clean and comfortable. The parking and access to everything was easy and convenient. Overall, very impressed with our stay. Highly recommended and would 100%……
