-Bedroom with queen bed and is next to the above listed full bathroom
-Media room with air hockey table and TV and wet bar. We also provide a blow up bed and bedding for this bedroom. This room does have a door that shuts as well so can be used as a bedroom with privacy.

-Epic pool days will be happening! Enjoy private pool and waterfall hot tub (pool has safety gate with automatic closing fence to keep the little ones out- on the side of the house and can be easily installed for your stay). We provide all the pool toys and towels— you bring the swimmers!
-Sneak out from the master bedroom when the kids go to bed with your private access to the hot tub and pool!
-It’s time to movie-thon! Kick back in leather electric recliners or sprawl out on the bean bag chairs and enjoy the 65” HDTV and surround speakers. Need a drink? Enjoy the mini bar at your service in the same room!
-Game on! Play games and create memories in the game room with air hockey table, gaming table, and plenty of games to keep everyone busy.
-Entertainment provided for the oldest to the youngest. The little ones will love the children’s loft stocked with toys for all ages. Whether they create an imaginary meal at the play kitchen or delve into the provided dress ups, we provide the way for them to have hours of fun and laughter.

-Soak up the good life in a large jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom (second master also has a large garden tub). Enjoy a good book, afterwards wrap up in our oversized soft white bath robes.
-Wanna get that tan everybody is noticing? Lay out on our resort type Restoration Hardware loungers as you enjoy a book, a drink, watch the kids swim, or take that much needed nap! Or bring over the oversized umbrella and enjoy the shade.

-Coming with multiple families? Let both groups of adults have a master bedroom with two master bedrooms! Main floor master bedroom has large ensuite bathroom and his and hers walk-in closets. Second master bedroom upstairs is a family suite with a king bed and twin day bed, has two walk-in closets, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and separate garden tub.
-Pool days are easy at Vilano Villa, an outdoor bathroom is just steps from the pool so kids don’t have to run inside to go the bathroom and everyone can easily shower off.
-Grill up some steaks or your fresh catch under the covered lanai outdoor kitchen with large built in grill.
-Got babies? So do we, so we have everything you need so you don’t have to travel with it all! ----We provide at no extra cost: pack n play, high chair, babies and childrens’ toys, and children’s dinnerware.
-Packing for a beach day is almost as bad as packing for vacation, unless you’ve got Vilano Villa providing you with everything but the sand and waves! We provide: beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, a beach tent, boogey boards, and plenty of beach toys.
-Playing hard means a lot of laundry, we get it! Throw the wet laundry in the large laundry room and run loads when you have time. No need to iron anything, instead enjoy the steam dryer and less time doing “real life” things and more time living the beach life dream!
-Have a resident chef? Our professional chef and restaurant owner (the homeowner) designed this kitchen for your needs in mind! The huge kitchen easily accommodates several people preparing food and is fully equipped to cook even the largest meals. Double ovens means double the tasty baked goodness. In addition we provide: KitchenAid mixer, Belgian waffle maker, and plenty of pots and pans.
-Tankless water heater means no matter how many people are showering in the four showers and two bathtubs after a day at the beach or in the pool, you’ll always have hot water.
-Nobody wants to work on vacation but we understand sometimes you have to so we have several desks and high speed private wifi to catch up.
-Have a lot of people, two dining room tables allows for great dinner parties where everyone has a seat to enjoy amazing food, drinks, and long conversations. The table in the kitchen is setup for six but has a self-enclosed leaf and can seat an additional four. The formal dining room seats ten.

Day 1: Pool Time and BBQ at the Vilano Villa Beach House!
The private pool and waterfall hot tub, stocked with pool toys for all ages, will keep your kids and adults happy for hours. For those that would rather chat or sunbathe, we have an out door sofa, table, loungers, club chairs, ottomans, and umbrella. There is also an outdoor bathroom just steps from the pool for convenience. At lunch time use the outdoor kitchen under the covered lanai.

Day 2: Beach Day- We Provide the Beach Gear and Toys!
Pack up our beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tent, cooler, and beach toys and head for the beach just a 74 second drive from the house or a 5 minute walk! Surfside Park has parking, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Whether you’re jumping the waves, building castles, or catching rays, we want to make sure you’re outfitted for an incredible day at the beach!

Day 3: Rainy day? No Problem, We’ve Got You Covered For an Epic Game Day and Movie-Thon
Nothing can ruin a day faster than rain….unless you’re at the Vilano Villa where we make rain days your favorite days! Enjoy our game room with air hockey table, board games and table, mini bar, and 65” HDTV with surround sound speakers, bean bag chairs, and leather electric recliners. The little kids will also enjoy the children’s loft playing house at the play kitchen or having an epic Nerf war. The only rule at the Vilano Villa is that nobody gets to be bored!

Day 4: St. Augustine
A trip to St. Augustine is not complete if you don’t explore the oldest town in America, named by Good Morning America as the best place to go to feel like you’re in Europe without needing a passport. Explore the old bricked street of St. George street, delve into the culinary scene with more restaurants per capita than anywhere else on the East Coast, shop to your hearts content, and drink in the culture and history of this magical place. Day 5: Recovery Day for Mom and Dad- We’ve Got Your Back!
We know sometimes you need a vacation from your vacation— traveling is fun but can be exhausting. We want to make sure you have time to completely rejuvenate before you go home. While the kids are entertained in the game room, toy loft, or at the pool, we invite you to escape to our stocked library and curl up on the soft leather recliner with a warm blanket to slip away to another world in an amazing book. Or turn on some soft music as you soak in one of two large bathtubs (the main floor is jetted) pour in some bath salts (provided) and let the world disappear. Wrap up in a soft white bathrobe afterwards (also provided). Or let things get steamy in our huge walk in shower with six shower heads.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and fireplaces. Rooms open to patios. Accommodations are furnished with sofa beds and dining tables. Smart televisions come with DVD players. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs, and phones. Additionally, rooms include safes and coffee/tea makers.
