Bad attitude toward customers
I booked the hotel and prepaid the price with Hotels free night rewards. However, the hotel's manager insisted due to some "technical problems", which were "not our problem", they can't charge with credit cards, so we have to pay her in cash. My boyfriend was trying to explain to her that we already paid and shouldn't have paid again with the full price. During the conversation the manager got impatient and suddenly asked if my boyfriend is coming from China. We were both feeling offended and racist. She behaves like we were trying to steal her money, which was very uncomfortable. At the end I have to find an ATM to withdraw the money to pay her because there was nowhere else to stay for the night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because their customer service is still very unmatured.
