- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The apartment was spacious and had pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable stay. However, the bottom of the shower curtain had mold, there was cob web on the bathroom and was in need of some TLC. The location was not easily accessible for tourist as it's located a good way off the main road and down a hill with really bad roads. The most disturbing thing about this trip was when we found out the caretaker Trish, was coming into the apartment every time we left. When confronted, she said "I have a key" as if that gave her the right to snoop. She said she was coming into the apartment to turn off the lights. That was pretty insane. We only found this out a day before we left so it was to late to stay elsewhere. I filled out the servery sheet about our stay and sent an email and this was the owners response to what I had to say; "Hi Alma & Dustin, Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday as I had to organise a Birthday Function. I didn't see you leave but I enjoyed immensly your comments. I havn't laughed so much for a long time and I have framed it and hung it on the wall so all our guests can enjoy it to. If you had any concerns about your stay you should have addressed them to me personally. I am the owner of Kimo's Place and Trish is a dear friend who helps me out. Let your heart not be troubled and have a happy life Kimber" His replies shows how unprofessional and poor his business ethics are. Instead of apologizing he LAUGHED and MOCKED US.
