The perfect home base for hikers, mountain bikers, and nature lovers, this home features a sun-splashed patio, floor-to-ceiling windows, and commanding views toward Snow Canyon, Red Mountain, and the West Mountains. This gated community sits adjacent to the (private) Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, offering an ideal base camp for guests looking to hike, hit the bike trails, and explore the wonders of Southern Utah. Snow Canyon State Park is two miles north, where you can hike Johnson Canyon, Jenny's Trail, Scout Cave, and the Hidden Pinyon Red Sands, or explore Whiptail and West Canyon by bike. Take in a performance at the famous Tuacahn Center For the Arts three miles north, visit the Kayenta Art Village five miles west, or plan an unforgettable day in Zion National Park only 52 miles east. If you're looking to dine out, a number of great restaurants are within a six-mile drive. This home shares its property with two other guesthouses that can be rented separately; the entire property can be rented as the three-bedroom Red Rock Wonder. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). There is a Tesla charger in the garage. The clubhouse and golf amenities are private. The shared amenities are currently unavailable due to local rules and regulations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
