“This was a wonderful visit because of the staff who were ll delightful and accommodating. Big shout out ot Jason the driver who was great in transporting us!! Only one issue we had "No Hot water" most of our visit due to the solar heating of water it had been overcast little sun. We were told they turned on heater but still cold. Please don't let that keep you from staying the positives do OUTWEIGH ANY negatives. We absolutely loved our room and stay. Thank you for a wonderful time especially……

“We had a fantastic stay, the Southern Palms really lived up to the ‘old school’ charms of its reputation. The staff were fantastic, particularly Makaila and all the ladies at the restaurant who were so kind and attentive. Walking up every morning to the sound of the waves and then swimming with turtles right outside our room was a total dream. We look forward to returning soon! ”

“The hospitality was amazing, since it is a new hotel we did have the occasional fire alarm going off in the morning but that was only on the first two nights. Other than that the Hotel was amazing, beautiful pool that overlooked the ocean. Perfect location with plenty of shops and restaurants close. The food was far better than I expected, for a resort, so good I would rate it a 5 stars - extremely flavorful, l felt as though I was eating a a great home-cooked meal at a relatives home. “The rooms were amazing. The bedroom was separate from the kitchen and it had a family room with a TV. The room was spotless and the kitchen came with everything you would need to make meals. The Gap was walking distance with plenty of restaurants and entertainment. You had to cross a street for the beach. There was plenty of chairs. There are 3 pools and all well maintained. The restaurant on site was excellent. Everyone working here at Divi were pleasant and hospitable. I have no complaints.……
