“Ok stay”

“Terrible customer service and disorganized staff. AC didn’t work I was told to way 3 hours for service. Move me to a new room across far away, no space for my kids and has to walk all the way back (4 flights, no elevator). Key card didn’t work and they wanted to try to move my room again. Said they would give me a free dinner for my troubles, but they failed to say it didn’t include any drinks regardless of alcohol. Hassles non stop. They offered free breakfast but I declined, toast probably not……

“Very cool property with peacocks! Rooms were disconnected from each other which gave a condo-like feel. Very quiet while I was there. Staff were great and helpful in coordinating transportation and giving recommendations for what to do during my stay.”

“Hotel needs modern upgrades to rooms. The rooms are very outdated. The bedding needs to be washed and changed before every guest. Everything on the bed should be stripped not just the sheets. A microwave in the room or even bar/lobby area would be awesome accommodation for guest. Food was expensive at the onsite restaurant ($100 US for 1 person) but it is located right on the beach which was nice.”

“Hotel staff was nice and hotel was clean. They addressed any issues we may have had immediately. Most rooms are two twin beds. If looking for a king bed that is not to beds pushed together be specific about it. Room had a nice balcony view of the ocean where you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks. No direct beach access due to high tide. Great coffee spot across the street The Cake Lady. Harlequins is a fantastic option for dinner along with a few other near by spots. Take a nice……

“Lovely hotel. Room was very comfortable with good amenities. There were groups of sports teams from the UK there. Unfortunately when they arrived the restaurant focused more on them than the other guests resulting in long wait times to order and receive food and drink. You must treat ALL your guests appropriately. I believe the hotel was built in 2003. They can use some upgrades. The rooms have actual "keys" instead of key cards. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I would return again.”

We had an A/C issue in our room on arrival and the staff member at Front Desk immediately upgraded us and made sure we were comfortable and happy - Happy we were! Comfortable indeed! We would definitely recommend the property and we are looking forward to visiting once again.”

“We understood that it was not peak vacation time in Barbados, but the resort was empty. The resort did not conduct any activities they had listed for the pool or the beach. No music being played - very low key. Restaurant choices very limited and one night there was even same menu two nights in a row. Very limited buffets. LOVED the staff at the spa! Definitely visit. The room was beautiful - very spacious and the view was wonderful.”

“The property is a bit old-fashioned but has everything you need. Rooms are well-kept and spacious. The balcony gives a nice outdoor feel. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to several restaurants and a small mall. The staff were helpful and I had no issues during my stay.”
