Nice hotel

Nice hotel for the price, staff was very helpful and pleasant, only problem was the temperature in the hallways and the fact that the ice machine in our building was broken so we had to walk all the way to the lobby to get ice. Overall nice stay and would stay again.

Decent hotel for the price

The ac wasn't on when we arrived in the room so it was very hot, the sheets also hadn't been changed on the bed. They got us clean ones. The breakfast was good and it's a short drive to all the stuff we wanted to do. Over all decent place for the price, we would stay here again.

Worst hotel experience

This was the WORSE hotel experience I've ever had & I've traveled all across the US. For starters the hotel smelled like cat urine & mildew, there wasn't any air conditioning throughout the hotel, & the breakfast was garbage. When I first got there the checkin representatives were very nice, so I stayed, not to mention I couldn't really find another hotel b|c everything around was booked so I was kinda forced to stay. I was supposed to stay two nights but I only ended up staying one. By the next morning I went to check out and get my refund it was a PROBLEM. First the lady told me she didn't process refunds so I wasn't going to be able to get my money which was a lie, she just didn't want to do it. Then we almost started arguing b|c she began to get loud with me about my money that I wanted back. After that she told her manager "hurry up and give her her money so she can leave". I felt like she was very disrespectful, rude and she lack customer service skills. This was by far the worse experience ever & I'll never stay there or recommend anyone stayyhing there.

Crack head and prostitution hotel. Didn't feel safe or comfortable at all. The bathroom towels where stained and dirty the tub was dirty. Room should cost 20 bucks a night

Out dated and dirty

The only thing good I can say about this place is it's close to the airport. The mattress lomed to be at least 20 years old, the microwave looked like it was from the 70's and the bathroom walls were filthy. We will never stay at this place again. Much better hotels to choose from.

One night stay was ok here.

Had to stay over cuz of flight delays. This place was ok. But not knowing the place, there were no late hour food joints around.

Just ok

Pros: it was clean , and the bed was a King size bed.
Cons: The fact they have no wi-fi and the fridge, and microwave were completely outdated. A pull out sofa would have been nice to have in the room.
Location: It by the airport, so its a good location. The location is about 15-20 mins from things down town, so the location wasn't bad.
The hotel is old and outdated, but it was clean, and the staff seemed to be fine. The price is not bad. Overall the hotel is oh right. If you are looking for some where that is not a bad price to lay your head, this its fine. If you are looking for a super nice place with amenities, this is not the place to stay. I did like that they had breakfast ( it was very limited, but it wasn't bad).I hate that they did not have wifi!!!

Room amenities disappointing

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Fix the outlets, fix the toilet, fix the phone
Location: Nothing to do nearby - no restaurants close. The only good thing was it was close to the airport.
The toilet was not working properly. The phone was not plugged into the wall and various electrical outlets did not work. I went to the front desk to ask that they try the phone after I plugged it into the wall as I needed a wake-up call the next morning to make my flight. They called twice and the phone didn't work. I gave them my cellphone number to call and they stated they would definitely call. They did not call. Luckily I called home and told them to call my cellphone so I wouldn't miss my flight. I had to hold the toilet chain up to let the water out of the toilet whenever I used it. The prior two days I stayed at a Hilton property in Collinsville, Ill. while attending a St. Louis Cardinal ballgame. I only stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport when I had a early flight. It was a mistake.

I was over charged. Staff is very unprofessional. I ask to speak with the General Manger, he wasn't there.I called back next day, same answer. Air conditioner was broken, change room. Bed not made. Housekeeper left me a dirty face towel to use.
