Hotel has potential

Pros: The staff try their best to be friendly. The cost is very reasonable.
Cons: I definitely do not want the wheel(s) of my car or my car to be stolen. I will not use the hotel for park and fly any more.
The parking garage at the side of the hotel is for long term parking ($5 a day). One of the cars there has a wheel missing! I do not feel comfortable parking there again -- especially when the hotel states that it is not responsible for theft or damage. If the hotel is going to charge $5 for parking, it needs to provide minimum security or install security cameras. To have a good bath, you may have to bring your own shampoo and soap/bath gel. The hotel has potential but good management is lacking. The hotel is too big to run like a family business (i.e., small motel or inn).

Good Stay

Friendly staff, good free breakfast, and very effective heater. There was a nice, large fridge and the TV had a HDMI hook up for our Chromecast. The bed could be more comfortable, but other than that, it was great.

Would never recommend this hotel

We picked this hotel off of the Expedia website as part of a bundle package. Hotel totally outdated and cold. No heat in the hallways which are a maze to find your room. No working ice machine in our building (there are 4). Elevator broken. Phone didn't work and there was obvious signs that the bathroom had been cleaned in a hurry if at all. The only good thing i can say about the room is the bed was comfortable. The other thing is that when GPS took us to the location, it was an empty lot. We had to look to find the hotel. And we had major red flags when our driver from the airport had never even heard of this hotel. And the hotel is right by the airport itself. the car rental establishment had never heard of them either. I didn't check the reviews before I booked it. But after I did, I saw that every complaint listed there was true. Final thought... choose wisely when you pick a hotel here. We saw quite a few nice options as we were driving to this hotel. I could never recommend this hotel.

It used to be a park & fly. Now, they charge $5 a day for parking. With the $5 charge, this is not a good option anymore. Also, the hotel is old and the breakfast is disappointing.

Not a good experience

My heat would not work properly. When I told the front desk personnel, he said he would have his father come and look at it. No one ever showed up. I was very cold and uncomfortable all night. Also, when taking a shower, the water temperature was barely warm. Horrible night, horrible stay. Will not stay there again and definitely will not recommend to a friend. EVER!

Close to airport but find one further away

Very run down, dirty and cold. Filthy carpet bathroom and furniture. Restaurant is zero. Place smells like Indian food. Pictures are very misleading. Will never stay there again

Excellent shuttle and food

Shuttle runs 24 hours. Indian and American restaurants on site. Long term parking for seven days free.

This is a Motel????!!!

Pros: It was close to the airport where we needed to fly out on an early flight.
Location: The location was near the airport and not sure what is near by that one would have activities.
It was more like a run down old hotel you would see in the movies. The service from the front counter was iffy, to say the least. The room was 3 corridors away from the front desk and to get there it was scary for 2 single women to be walking through these dark corridors. We even had a guest try to help us find our room. The girl at the front desk was not going to assist us it was obvious she was not going to come from behind the counter. the room was carpeted and look like it had not been vacuumed in a while. the towels had makeup stains on them and the heater and phone was not working. So how would 2 single gals call for help if we needed it?! 3 Corridors away and no sign of life where we were, no phone and no heat...... When we asked for a blanket we were told they would do there best but didn't know if they could find one. then for our continental breakfast we had toast, yogurt or mini muffins (which was fine we didn't stay for the food) but when trying to get juice from the machine gnats came flying out all over. The coffee would peel the wallpaper off the walls. We asked for a wake up call but did not get that, and when we left the next morning we didn't even get a thank you for staying with us.

Hotel staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Short commute to the airport. An OK place to stay for night.

Warning: Cheap but DIRTY

Room was "cleaned" bed was made, folded towels. There was lots of hair on the sheets. Shower had used soap and shampoo. Absolutely gross! I will never stay there again! If you are looking for cheap park and fly I do recommend that. Don't stay in the hotel though.
