Conveniently located. Shuttle and staff were great

I checked in the evening before a flight, slept there and then took an early morning shuttle to the airport. It was fine. Bed was comfortable, everything seemed clean enough, tv worked, shower worked... that's about all I was looking for :)

Don't use this hotel at all.

In short, this hotel is full of weed smells. When my family arrived at this hotel and checked in, it's night time. This hotel is pretty unusual shape. Multiple buildings were connected together, so we spent 30 minutes to find my room. The corridor was full of weed smell though there were non-smoking only. It was very unpleasant to my family. Never use this hotel. It would be better for your family to stay all night in your car.

Room was big and comfortable. Loved the fact that I could leave my car there and get a shuttle to and from the airport.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Location, the pool, and Indian restaurant.
Cons: Cleanliness.
Location: It's tricky to find the first time, but the signage worked when google maps failed to get us there. The Indian restaurant was very good.
While the bed was comfy, the bathroom wasn't entirely clean (the floor was filthy in the corners and under the sink). The (outdoor) pool area was a nice place to sit on a beautiful day and we enjoyed the Indian restaurant on the premises.

Not worth the money

Phone had been ripped apart, meager breakfast offerings, no comforter on the beds, no room service except for towels, and didn't even dump the trash.

Close to the airport

It was pretty disappointing. We had two rooms. Both rooms had bathrooms that were dirty and had pubic hair in the tubs and/or toilet. There is no elevator. It was difficult with one senior citizen and two children under four to carry everything up the stairs. The information in the room said there was "luggage help", but when the front desk was called the employee said he had no knowledge of such a service. We signed up for the 4:30 AM shuttle the evening before. We had a 5:45 flight. The hotel is very close to the airport. The shuttle was full and we had to wait for the driver to go to the airport and return. That took so long that we missed our flight. While we were able to leave our vehicles here while we traveled, we will not stay here again.

The bedsheets felt like sandpaper and the room was so humid I always felt like I needed to take a shower. The iron was broken too. There was hardly any parking. The morning of the checkout, 2 hours before we had to leave, room service came by the room and opened the door without knowing if people were in there or not. Our do not disturb was on the door. Thank goodness we had the deadbolt locked or that man was about to see my fiancé's very naked chest.

Feels dirty and run down

The hotel feels dirty and run down and the room seemed half-cleaned. There wasn't even any toilet paper in the bathroom, we had to ask for it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was acceptable.

Never been so disappointed

Dirty bath, peeling paint, nasty floor. Soap the size of an Andes mint. (Really) A/C was on and off, apparently cycling from freezing up.) Towels were a joke. No pictures on the wall (which I learned may be a result of a clean up during a bedbug treatment.) We would have run for the car, but it was too late to find another room. I checked the bed to make sure there were no critters.
