The hotel has a great location downtown, within a couple blocks of several restaurants and activities. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the place looks great!
Classy hotel. Easy walk to Forest Park which includes the Art Museum, the Zoo, the History Museum tennis courts, and a golf course. Fabulous! Near funky restaurants. The Gamlin Whiskey House is a local eatery, fun to kick back and sip a tasty drink while watching the St Louis folks walk by. Coffee ...
Nice hotel with friendly staff. I chose the higher price because of the free breakfast. Beware it is only for one person! There were four of us traveling so that felt like a rip-off.
This place was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work Drury!
Check-in was easy. Staff double checked to make sure the room was ready before I went to the room. Lobby was clean. Lounge/dining area was clean. Staff was friendly.
The experience was ok.......it was not the best but it was not the worst......it satisfied my need of comfort.
The hotel was nice but there where some items from past customers that where left in the hotel room. But the hotel did get us a bigger room because our first room wasn't ready, which was really nice. Basically for a really cheap hotel it was very nice and safe :) But you do have to rememeber it is ...
We stayed 2 days for business and pleasure. Hotel staff was for the most part very helpful and friendly. The breakfast could use an upgrade to include fresher bread (very dry and hard). Overall a very pleasant stay.
Our shower would not drain so hair didn't go down. Speaking of hair, the indoor swimming pool had several large clumps of hair floating around. Needless to say, the kids did not go swimming.
Clean, spacious room. Quiet. Only issue was when using the shower, a copious amount of water leak onto the floor. No matter how the shower curtain was closed, this still occurred.
Problem checking in to the hotel. Can't really blame the desk person, but there was a credit card issue on the computer. Called Expedia and got it all worked out fairly quickly. Only problem with the room was the chair in the corner. It was so small, that I could barely fit in it. Surely the hotel ...
