Very nice and cozy 2/1 duplex that sits directly on the pinellas trail. kitchen is fully stocked. Keurig coffee maker. less than 10 min from the beach and 15 min from the famous Clearwater beach. I also include Free bikes so that guest can bike up and down the Pinellas trail! Every room has a smart tv to stream your favorite channels and movies. Outside area does have Two grills and Two picnic tables for your enjoyment.

This property is clean & a good size for 3-4 people. There are nice amenities- such as Roku tvs, a Keurig, & 2 queen-sized beds. However, the unit is pretty beat up from previous renters & lacking in attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness- the windows could use a thorough cleaning & there are marks all over the walls & furniture. Also, the street is quiet & we had no issues but there is an abandoned home directly next door & a few of the surrounding homes are in disrepair. Overall, our stay was good- the location is great…short drive to the beach & close to stores & restaurants. But, we would not stay in this rental again.

Clean and comfortable close to many points of interest
Ours was likely not a typical stay in Florida in that we went down to be near the Largo hospital for the passing of a family member. These types of stressful situations can be compounded if your living conditions are not what you want, so we were so very happy that the apartment was so clean and comfortable. It was amazing to have the individual cooling units in the walls that were quiet and very efficient. The kitchen was very functional and clean and we appreciated the "breakfast bar" with elevated seating and the comfy couches. Another huge plus was having the Pinellas trail just a few steps away from the front door. We took advantage of this to take a walk and clear our heads during a challenging time of losing a loved one. It was also less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, so that was nice too. Highly recommend for up to 4 people.
