Very nice two bedroom and one bath duplex that sits directly on the pinellas trail. I offer free bikes to cruise up and down the pinellas trail. kitchen is fully stocked. There is a Keurig coffee maker. The property sits less than 10 minutes from Indian rocks beach and 15 min from the famous Clearwater beach. Two picnic tables and Two grills are located on the property. Located 30 minutes from Tampa international Airport.

The house is located in a quiet, small neighborhood. Renter was very responsive and checked in on us via email. Very clean inside. We would stay here again!

The stay was nice me and my family enjoyed our stay. It was small but spacious nice lighting the kitchen was good for us the restroom was a little hard to get to between both rooms sometimes but never a problem. The neighbors vary so it’s different every time some are noisey and loud others aren’t. But over all it had everything we needed. And it was very close to many cool places

Very nice experience
The condo space was comfortable, clean, and well-furnished. TVs in every room. Beautiful kitchen. A great find for the price. The location is a little out of the way but it was well worth it.

Odor/ Mold/ Very deceiving
The unit is located in a very sketchy neighborhood. I did not feel safe/comfortable staying there. There was an odor and apparent water damage/mold on the bedroom floors and bathroom. The previous renter left food in the cabinets and refrigerator. We immediately informed owner we would not be staying due to my granddaughter’s allergies. He did not check us out early /offer a refund. Therefore I paid to not stay there as well as a hotel. Called VRBO to release the reservation/check out and was told that the property owner needed to check us out. Obviously, he didn’t bother considering he had been paid for the reservation. VRBO needs to regulate and inspect properties before listing them!!
