This is an amazing 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath ocean front East Beach home with panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully finished with marble counter tops, glass tile back splash, Wolf gas cooktop, two Bosh dishwashers, oversized Thermador refrigerator. Three of the five bedrooms compete as primary suites with separate tub and shower and double vanities. The two additional guest rooms have en-suite baths. Two amazing porches with ocean views (one shade and one sun porch), pool with sun platform. Two laundry rooms and so much more! Free Wifi.

St Simons Island and Georgia’s Golden Isles are rich in history, relaxed charm, and natural beauty, making it the perfect spot for Georgia vacations. 16th Street is surrounded by countless recreational activities, historic sites, shopping, and attractions that offer something for everyone. Fantastic Sunrise and Ocean views
This home was perfect for the 5 couples to spread out and enjoy. The home was beautiful, very clean, well maintained with high end amenities. The location was wonderful with a short walk to the beach. The covered porch was a well coveted spot for all of us to enjoy spectacular sunrises and dramatic changes in tide. We hope to come back in warmer months to enjoy the pool and summer kitchen. Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing spot for family vacation
Loved this house! Big enough for grandparents, kids and nieces and nephews! Great location, the bed on the porch was everyone’s favorite spot! Two full kitchens and laundry rooms was so great! It is a LOT of stairs, but we just decided that was one way we burned off too many vacation meals and drinks! Some more directions about the TV and hot tub would be good! Otherwise we enjoyed a great week, even with a tropical storm blowing through one night!

Fantastic House
We had a wonderful stay at this house. We comfortably fit 2 families of 4. The house is extremely well maintained and the downstairs kitchen area MAKES the house. The sunsets over the water from the back porch can't be missed. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach access on 15th street as the beach is not accessible behind the house. We loved the quiet location on tne end of East Beach and would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in SSI.

The tides are a changin'
Beautiful location overlooking Gould's Inlet and watching the tides come in/out each day and the drastic differences in the sea level from hour to hour. Careful you don't get in the canal when the currents are strong!

Great property for a family vacation
Everything was great and the few times we needed something during the 7 days, the property management staff was quickly to solve it. House is gorgeous and our 2 families was comfortable and plenty of space for the kids. The only thing to be aware is the beach is a short walk from the house and not directly at the backyard, which for us was perfect since having small children. Can’t wait to book again in the future.

awesome family getaway
My parents and my sisters and I really enjoyed our stay! The house is very well laid out in the views from every room are incredible. The 3 main bedrooms were nice and big with two smaller bedrooms for the kids to stay in. The kitchen is beautiful and we love that it had a built-in griddle on the stove top. Not a ton of pots and pans and dishware but we may do. You can’t access the beach from the house because of all of the rocks but it is a very short walk one street over to access the beach. My son enjoyed fishing off of the rocks so that was nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool but I would suggest bringing water shoes. The sides of the pool and the bottom are very rough and all of the kids had scratches all over their feet. Overall a great time!!

Perfect retreat for sheltering with family at the beach
Beautiful home with spacious bedrooms, living areas, gourmet kitchens on two levels, and private pool on a lot with privacy. Called to inquire about getting the grass cut and it was taken care of that night. Called about an issue with one of the ice machines and was resolved the next morning. The garage and elevator were not available to us as the owners had personal items stored there but this did not interfere with use of the house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our annual beach retreat in this lovely home especially at this time where sheltering and distancing are the new norm. Definitely on our ‘go again’ list.
