“Good staff. Great location. Walking distance to RedFern Village. ”

“1. You couldn't ask for better parking. Under the hotel parking. 2. Signage might need to be better directing guest to the reception desk. Several people asked how to get to it. Honestly the elevator and stairs were right there but I missed focusing in and realizing where to go at first glance or two. 3. “We love staying here because of the location, but it is a bit overpriced for what you get. One of the bedrooms is literally just that. A room with a bed. No tv, not even a bedside table. Nowhere to even put your clothes. ”

“ The hotel is undergoing a MAJOR renovation and quite frankly management should seriously consider closing down until the work is finished. The workmen started around 8-8:30AM and it was a most uncomfortable stay. The location of the hotel is great. The experience was not great.”

“The hotel is in a wonderful location, on the beach and short drive to everything the island has to offer. The hotel is a little dated, but the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, along with the beautiful pool and jacuzzi were great! My wife and I will definitely be back.”

“We were put in a handicap room and we did not request this. Our lights did not work and the staff just said it’s the only room we have. No apology or request to address the issue. My husband had to find the breaker and trip the switch for lights and he also had to attach the toilet seat! The worst hotel experience I have ever had! ”

“The breakfast was cooked to order and it was amazing. We had a mishap and our server fixed it immediately. The rooms were clean and our housekeeper was very nice not giving a hassle for needing extra towels and rags. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, it was clean and they even had pool towels that could be used. ”

“I really like this cute little place, but a couple of things could’ve been better, especially for the price. The small single cup coffee maker did not work and the walk-in shower was not clean. Luckily I bring cleaning wipes everywhere I go. I wasn’t a fan of the design of the shower as it had half a glass shower door, but nothing else. Other than that, the staff was really nice and answered all of our questions. Breakfast was delicious also.”
