"This is a beautiful old hotel in a great location in very good to excellent condition. The A/C worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the lake and the fireworks at Navy Pier. The location, right across from Buckingham Fountain, is great. My partner and I thought that the Congress Plaza Hotel was charming and would stay there again."

"Everything was excellent. Check in was quick and hassle free. Great access for parking and in & outs were easy with license plate recognition. Wonderful perks $25 @ day for food and a large array of choices from the restaurant/bar, evening snacks and drinks and full breakfast buffet along with made to order food. We would give it 10+ stars "
