I would probably just add a hot tub. A pool without a hot tub is not very much fun. The handle on the door to our bathroom was falling off, but that was minor. The rest of the hotel was great - friendly staff, comfy beds, great location. Really enjoyed the manager's hour in the nice lobby area. Overall ...
Lovely room, good service, overall enjoyed my one-night stay.
Loved the newly refurbished room. Happy hour reception every day at 5 pm with wine and snacks. Location near the River Walk. Staff was wonderful, helpful all the time.
Everything was so lovely. The staff were super friendly and attentive. I look forward to returning.
Fun hotel, amazing restaurant but will need a reservation. Friendly staff and felt like coming home each night! Loved it!
Everyone was so nice and helped out, and you didn't have to be 21 to check in which is nice and should be the norm tbh
The service was really fast and friendly and the breakfast was delicious, the outside of the building looked a little questionable but our room was warm and cozy.
Love the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Room is very spacious. Wonderful bathroom lighting.
Great location ! Everything is close by and easy access to public transportation
Convenient location. Friendly staff! Clean, safe rooms. Great value!
My room was right in front of the elevator so I was constantly interrupted by the elevator dinging noise. When building a room front of a heavy traffic area, I would recommend that the management think to add an extra layer of the soundproofing...Other than that, the breakfast was great, the service ...
The people were really nice and the room that I had was very clean.
Pool and Spa were very clean, plenty of towels, very clean hotel
Parking is not included, $46 a day for parking in the structure next to building. Location is walking distance from Magnificent Mile. Room seemed clean until I found that our shampoo was half used. Over all besides the shampoo and parking the stay and location was good.
Great customer service and great attitude. The room was clean and the stuff were very nice and helpful.
An older property but made the drive from Texas going to New York restful
All great but places to get food is bad. The delivery sucks and you can not walk to eat anywhere
Bed was great. The room had been recently remodeled. Breakfast was goid too. Only concerns included poor water pressure in shower and cable chamnels were weird.
