“We picked this location because it was so close to university of Kansas and it was only three minutes away. The employee at the front door was a great representative of the area. Very friendly, nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. We didn’t swim, but it was a nice area. We used the gym and there was a lot of good equipment. Typical but good continental breakfast. If my child goes to this college, we will definitely be staying here again.”

“Looked like they started to renovate then stopped once the floor was finished. The safe did not work, the dryer was riddled with hair and dust, the sink and tub were very very old and needed replacing. There were roaches in the room as well. I couldn’t check out of there fast enough. Also, be careful during the evening.. there were random people just hanging out outside and the overall feel of the place is just sketchy. Don’t come here, pay the extra to go somewhere else that is safer and……
