“This hotel is close to NC State campus. My kid had summer program in NC State and this is a wonderful location to drop off and pick up kids. It is close to downtown, shopping mall, Durham and airport. Even though the property amenities are old , the staffs are helpful and nice.”

“Check in was a nightmare, arrived at 4pm and there were roughly 30 people waiting in the lobby for rooms and it took over an hour to get a key after we had checked in. Rooms were okay. Breakfast was on the better side for continental which was the highlight of this hotel.”

“The hotel was very clean and honestly beautiful! Our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 3:45 pm and we were told we would receive a call when it was ready but we never did. By the time we got back from our concert though, we were able to check in just fine and they comp'd our breakfast the next morning, which a lovely touch.”

“Great hotel - we asked for a 1 hr delay for check out at noon and they were able to accommodate that request but the manager seemed to act like this request was extraordinary. Other than that we loved our stay!”
