From first booking this trip Kirk communicated very well. The place was great, my newly wed wife and I enjoyed the river view from the hot tub and the peace and quiet out there. Kirk made us a dinner one of the nights, which was very good. He was very thoughtful through it all and gave us our space and privacy. Super cool place, would recommend!

This was a great stop for us on our trip. The host was very helpful and communicative, the cabin has everything you need for a short stay, is cozy and cute and has wonderful views of the river! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

What an absolute gorgeous place!! The host is awesome and super accommodating. The cabin was clean, charming, and well stocked. The bed was very comfy. The hot tub was fantastic and the view from the back deck is amazing. A nice private peaceful area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This cabin is everything you need for a getaway. The cooking supplies allow for a home cooked meal, the bbq is awesome. The hot tub is amazing while watching the river and enjoying the view. Also the bed is extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

It honestly looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Microwave and toaster oven were very greasy and had food spillage, with something running down on the outside of both.It smelled like a greasy kitchen, we had to air it out as well as we could, before going to bed.So many bugs in the light fixture that it actually blocked half the light in the bathroom.2 different bed frames stacked on top of each other, with a thick mattress on top of that, made getting in and out of bed a chore, especially for someone just having had a total hip replacement.The outside is very unkept. I would not have offered this place to friends to stay in, if it were mine, and I am not a clean freak.I did take some pictures, but too many to post, really.In hindsight, we should have looked for different accommodations and asked for our money back, but this was our first time staying at a vacation rental and we didn’t know if that would have been an option or not.

Casual chill spot on the Clark Fork! The host was super kind and accommodating. He had everything we needed to make our trip with our dog perfect! We saw tons of wildlife, and had fun fishing on the bank. Access to water isn't for the faint of heart, but doable. Can't wait to go back!

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. It is remarkable how perfectly equipped the cabin is. It has everything you could possibly need. If I could give a sixth star for host communication, I would. He was so fast to respond to every message.

Beautiful Property and Accommodating Host

Absolutely gorgeous property with immaculate views. We really enjoyed our stay. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even offering fresh veggies and raspberries out of the garden. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the kitchen had all the tools and basic seasonings you would need. We will happily stay again next time we are in the area.

Peaceful retreat

When I booked the trip, I was hoping our family could experience new outdoor adventures. After staying for four nights, my 6 year old caught her first fish, we saw 3 bears, bighorn sheep and bison, went rafting down the river and hiked to a beautiful snowy mountain. It was also a treat to soak in the hot tub daily. We very much enjoyed our stay. Kirk was very helpful, fast to respond, and gave us recommendations on things to do based on our interests.

Wonderful cabin on the Clark Fork river. Stairs go down to river with another platform with table and chairs. All the amenities you need for a personalized experience without needing to buy all the “extras” for cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

A complete change of pace

Is it time to slow down from freeway speeds & enjoy the slow steady calm of the river? The perfect spot to spend a few days or a quick respite from a long drive either way this cute cabin is a great fit. We'll be back & recommend this spot to friends & family traveling Interstate 90.

Great Spot!

This is a great spot to get away for a weekend and out into the woods. Kirk was an extremely kind host and repeatedly went out of his way to help us out. We enjoyed some beautiful winter hiking just a few minutes away, and encountered some folks who were having fun on snowmobiles. I'd be intrigued to come back in the summer as well. The hot tub and shower were wonderful after hiking, and the ceramic hot plate worked wonderfully for cooking meals. Highly recommend.
