Wake up in the morning to coffee on the oceanfront balcony, enjoy the breeze and watch the waves roll in! This recently renovated and newly decorated efficiency located in Surfside Beach is the perfect getaway. This comfortable unit is great for a couple or a very small family. There is a queen sized bed as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, wifi, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, range and full sized refrigerator. Hand soap, a bar of bath soap, 2 rolls of toilet tissue, a roll of paper towels and dish soap are provided for your convenience. Bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels and beach towels are included in the rental costs as well. The building has no elevator, but this third floor unit balcony has breathtaking views morning, noon and night. Watching the dolphins in the morning or relaxing with a drink in the evening will make you forget about the stresses you left behind. Windswept Villas is a very nice sized building with only 12 units. It sits right on the beach and has private beach access. Feel free to use the available beach chairs and umbrella that are kept in the balcony closet when you head to the beach, or the "backyard", as we like to call it! There is an outdoor shower and large beachside saltwater pool (seasonal) for you to relax in when your done at the beach, or anytime of the day. Take a walk down the beach or streetside to one of several dining options or just to see the sights. You will be in a great location, a peaceful area that is also close to area attractions and shopping. Just a short distance away to Murrells Inlet, Pawley's Island and Garden City and only 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach Airport. Surfside Beach is a wonderful area with beautiful beaches and a great atmosphere. It is relaxing and family-oriented. This Beach is not full of busy high rise condos and hotels, but there are still several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Larger shopping areas and restaurants are only about a 5-minute drive away. You will have easy access to everything you're looking for while being less crowded than other areas around Myrtle Beach. You will love the laid-back beach atmosphere. No crowds at the large pool! It is for the use of this 12 unit complex only.

Great Stay
We loved our stay, the place was everything we were hoping for. We are a family of four with younger children and the amount of space was perfect. One thing we absolutely loved is the outdoor closet had everything you could need for the beach. Donna our host was super easy to get a hold if needed, and the couple who lived there full time was also so sweet in making us feel like home. We will be back next year!

This condo is wonderful! It is beautifully decorated with color scheme that is calming. The condo is well stocked and super clean. The owner provided a great selection of everything needed for a day on the beach…even sunscreens and after sun lotion. Hearing the waves as you sleep and seeing beautiful sunrises every morning is amazingly relaxing. This condo will not disappoint.

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay on the beach! The rooms were immaculate and looked even nicer in person. Communication with the host was very timely. Great Getaway!
My wife and I stayed here for a week. The condo fits us perfectly. We have stayed in this building previously and love the neighborhood. Its quiet and laid back. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves is so relaxing. The condo was clean and organized. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The views are awesome. My wife and I had visited the Myrtle area for years but never visited Surfside. We tried this unit in Windswept Villas and loved every minute of our stay. The area was clean and quiet and the unit was very welcoming. Very clean updated and well decorated. It also had everything that we needed for our stay. It felt like home away from home. We can’t wait to go back.

Drinking your morning coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean is the perfect way to start the day!! We love how you can walk to beach, then swim in the pool, then run up to the condo to grab lunch. Donna was very responsive with questions and we would definitely stay again!

This was a BEAUTIFUL oceanfront condo. The views of the beach and water were unparalleled. The weather was warm enough that we were able to open the sliding balcony door (thanks to a great screen) and listen to the waves at night while we slept. The condo was the cleanest of any VRBO we've ever stayed in. It was the perfect size for 2 people--any more would've been a squeeze. All the needed amenities were provided! Our only 1% complaint was that the condo was on the top floor and there is no elevator. It's not really a complaint but just something people should be aware of. 3 full flights (6 sets of 6-8 stairs each) of steps up from the street. That is a lot especially with big suitcases. But once you're up there, it's perfect. Thank you so much to the owners!
