“The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. Notified the number but they just said to send pics that’s it. Once we got into bed, the bedding smelled absolutely terrible, we’re guessing it was……

“The one managing property was very prompt, kind, and available! House was clean! - however, there is some major AI fluff to the listing photos, so don't be surprised when you there there. Kitchen living areas are different than shown. Also, the bottom bunk was okay for my 2 year old, but with barely any movement squeaks INSANELY loud & I don't believe it's an actual mattress on there. The main bedroom was comfortable though. Bring a towel or curtain to put in the bunk room window, flood lights……

“Nice clean house! Within mins to beach. Water in house has muddy swell. Other than that, nice place to rent. Would do it again in the futures.”

“We had an okay time, the Rv was a lot smaller inside than I imagined. I just must not be an RV kind of gal but it was hard to come back from a long day at the beach and relax because everything was incredibly cramped. I couldn’t move around in the bathroom and the shower was smaller than me so it was impossible to shower and I’m only 5’2 and 150 and couldn’t turn around in it. The bed was pretty uncomfortable so it was not as restful and relaxing as a trip as I had hoped. It is a nice walk to……

“Mosquitoes were so bad that you couldn't enjoy the outside or walk down the street. Most of the ditches in the area had standing water in them. The beach that was in walking distance was very dirty”

“We enjoyed being steps away from the beach. Made it easy to walk back and forth for restroom trips, mixing drinks, and grabbing snacks instead of hauling all of that to the beach. There were no “extras” at all and is the only reason for lower rating. No soaps, no seasonings, no beach towels, to paper towels and had to arrange for some of it while we bought other items, but the host was always polite, apologetic, and responsive to our needs.”

“Be prepared for mosquitoes. I know it’s common but just bring spray. The shower was slippery for elderly parents. Need a mat for tub. Outside seating needs updated to keep comfortable with mosquitoes.”

“Great house! 4b 4 b with a big gathering spot. Wish there was a dining room table. But we managed just fine. Nice to have a w/d to use with laundry soap too!”
