“ I stayed at the Moxy Miami South Beach for my solo birthday trip and had the BEST experience. The staff was unbelievably sweet—there was a beautiful Jamaican woman at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name!) who truly set the tone. I arrived at 9am hoping for early check-in, and she went above and beyond to get me into a room well before 4pm. Until then, I was able to lounge by the pool all morning, which was honestly perfect. "I know there are a lot of mosquitoes there. If I can burn some mosquitoes, I will give more. I know it is difficult. In addition, the door lock leading to the beach is broken. When I went out, the staff told me that I could come back if I had the room card. Later, I found that the room card could not be recognized. I wandered around for a long time and could not get back to the hotel. This experience was not good."
