"Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was great, area was great, and owners were incredible.
There is a food court around the corner which has a great choice of food which was really convenient.
Owners were super helpful, friendly and went above and beyond including providing transport to our next place we were staying for a good price.

"I had a two night stay and didn’t sleep due to the bar right next door playing extremely loud head banging music until 3am!!!! The rooms were moldy with ants all over the bathroom sink. It was gross. The staff were nice as all Balinese people are. It’s not their fault. It was a major long confusing walk to the beach so we took rides each time but wanted to walk"

Even had a swim out balcony.

What made it was the staff they go over and beyond to make your stay as great as it can be.
The meals at the dining area tasted great and were affordable. The breakfest had variaty and was a good start to the day sitting around the main pool with the crashing waves within site.
The resort is in the heart of kuta beach with clear access to the beach and close access to dining out and shopping with a spa on site that my wife told me was fantastic.
We had a pool access room which my daughter loved and the staff there were amazing.
We stayed at 3 resorts on our trip and we this resort was our favorite.
We will book again on our next trip to Bali."

The facilities are very expensive to use “5 star prices” even the spa is 10 times expensive than the all spa’s around the hotel even it is more expensive than spa prices in Australia. I was using laundry and spa around the hotel which was very affordable"
"The staff are very helpful and obliging going out of their way to do anything that makes your stay more enjoyable. The pool view rooms are beautiful with large balconies and huge beds. The bathroom was modern and very clean. We have stayed 2 years in a row and would not hesitate to go back again"

"Beautiful place for a basic short stay. Location is perfect. Surfer theme is really fun. Cafe/restaurant is very convenient. Staff are so lovely. Only issue we had, it seems like potentially another guest was smoking near the air conditioning vent because we continued to smell cigarette smoke coming through to our room. The staff offered to have an engineer clean the vents but we suspected this wasn’t the issue; it was a guest choosing to smoke in a certain spot "

"This was a beautiful property, with clean rooms and beautiful pools . The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will defiantly be back. The only little issue was at night it could be noisy from the music playing around the area. But its not a big deal just mentioning it so you can be prepared. 4.9 stars! "

"Our trip was so good we extended from 4 to 11 days. Why? It was so very central to all that interested us for a relaxing stay. The staff, offered the very best in service and that is from the garden staff, room staff through to the Reception and I must at this point mentiion Maniez, I took note of her name on her uniform pin. She was so efficient but with a very pleasant manner. Even the pool tenders and onto the breakfast staff. Not once were we not offered big broad smiles and a hello when just passing by. The grounds where immaculate and to top it off we had fish to feed in the mornings and a huge banang tree with a family of squirrels. Oh so delightful. The paths would have new frangapi flowers dropped over night and it just looked like it was staged. The location was super, a half block away was an up market new Mall with world known brands ie Dior, Zara etc. called the Beachwalk here we also found the star of our Dining experience "Sardinas". You must go to this restrauant the meals were perfect the staff amazing and a star young bali girl "Desak". Her service was amazing. Next recommendation was to walk about 800 meters along the beach boardwalk toward Legian, there you will find a beach bar called "Josephs Bar and Grill", which boasts a clean stainless kitchen which produces tasty food on the free beach tables, this was the only time I ate from local food premises the Satay skewers "YUM"
