My stay at this hotel was great!!!

TV and cable service was antiquated! When inquiring about a shuttle service to the airport/train station - the front desk seemed to be pushing taxi service. I had to re-ask and re-phrase the question. Hotel service was excellent!

As always our stay was amazing! We stay every time we come into town! Breakfast options were really great!

The only complaint I have is the parking. I wish it was on-site to enhance the experience. Otherwise, I was pleased and will be booking again the next time I am in Owings Mills.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Food was pretty good and service at restaurant was pretty good as well.

Everything went as planned and we were pleased with location, facility and staff.

The property exceeded my expectations.

Only downside was because of the full house the outside was a bit dirty but I doubt blame them. The morning coffee was better then I thought.

Great experience will stay here again

The area of the hotel is very beautiful and convenient to the airport and makl. The customer service at hotel was wonderful. The entire ambiance of the hotel is stunning from the lobby to the room. No complaints at all.

The Hotel was immaculate and the staff was very customer service friendly i highly recommend it for your future stay.

Great little hotel. Not within walking distance of the MLB park.

Lovely property centrally located near all that I needed.

The hotel is well maintained, clean and in an easily accessible location. The hot breakfast was great and the staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
