Towels had black sticky stuff on them, room was very dusty, stains on the carpet and the room was very warm regardless of turning the air on. "

"Crystal was great. She got a new remote for me as the volume didn't work on the other one. She tried to help me cast my phone to the tv, but it didn't work. The room was clean, the bathroom had a towel rack that wasn't on the wall right and seemed a little unstable. The curtain rod was broke, but still functioning. The breakfast could have been better. I wish they had bacon, sausage and eggs. "
