As always, sanitized for EVERY guest! Our unit is in popular Midtown, 5 minutes to downtown & the Capitol, 10 minutes to FSU & FAMU. Walk to a huge selection of restaurants, boutiques, Publix, CVS, post office, UPS, fitness centers, churches and the beautiful park at Lake Ella. Our seacoast theme, along with the gazebo, fountains, picnic tables and .6 mile paved path in the park across the street, offer you a mini vacation as you work remotely or work an assignment or project in Tally. The entire space is yours to enjoy. We started with a beautifully updated, empty house and thoughtfully added each item for your use, comfort and enjoyment. The rooms are bright and airy with both ceiling lights/fans and table lamps. Comfortable furniture, an exquisite king bed in the master bedroom, plenty of closet and drawer space, and a fully equipped kitchen offer all the benefits of home, but in an interesting new environment to explore. The mini office on the stair landing is great for virtual classes for kids or tele-work space for you. Please enjoy the coffee, tea, popcorn and "first morning" oatmeal you'll find in the kitchen.
The unit has a private patio with chairs and a small table. Smoking is allowed only in the patio. Feel free to take the bag chairs to the park to enjoy the beautiful views, wildlife or Food Truck Thursdays behind the Cottages at Lake Ella. The Midtown / Lake Ella area is eclectic and fun, with dancing and dance lessons at the American Legion across the street, arts activities at several boutiques, great night life within a 10-minute walk, and a local produce market at the park on Wednesdays. Close by, you'll find Mexican, Asian-fusion, Japanese, Mediterranean, country buffets, bagels, sandwich shops, fast food chains and so much more. (Covid-19 may have limited some of these options.)
The unit is a quarter mile from a city bus stop on Monroe Street. Tallahassee is served by Yellow Cab, Uber and Lyft and several smaller cab companies.
