List the correct number of guests at booking. Unregistered guests incur a $50 fee. Visitors are allowed. Overnight guests will be charged if staying

Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoke allowed in Porch area. Quiet hours begin at 10:30 PM, no loud music after this time. The owner lives on-site. 

Don't use white towels to remove makeup; black hand towels or paper towels are provided. Damages to towels or furniture will be charged.
