• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• Minimum rental age of 25
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival
