Beautiful area but disappointed in our room
We stayed at Ocean Pointe Suites last week and left disappointed. The suite was dirty and housekeeping never came. The front door would not lock most of the time, you could see through the windows into the bedrooms, light bulbs were missing, only enough batteries for one remote. The washer and dryer barely functioned and here were holes in the wall. At times, the front desk was inexperienced and not helpful. We were unable to get fresh towels for our entire stay. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the beach was nice. We also enjoyed the access to the paddle boards and canoes. This place has all kinds of potential with the proper maintenance and personnel.
