This hotel is not 3 stars - not even 1 star describes it. There is no reception, no registration of arrival, no communication with the owner. There is no breakfast at location, we were sent off to another hotel, serving very bad food in and unhygienic served. We choose not to eat there at all, even though we paid for it through hotels.com. The bar/lounge is NOT operated, looks abandoned and VERY dirty. Room is dirty, no real cleaning before arrival, no cleaning during our stay. Half painted and dirty walls. Refrigirator on nightstand, making noise all night right next your ear. Rooms are not properly isolated, which causes a lot of noise from other rooms and people being in and outside the building. Horrible bathroom. Aircondition. was not cooling down - only blowing warm air into the room. We made a complaint to hotels.com on our first day, which caused the hotel owner to deny helping us in any way. No interest in offering other rooms, no fixing of the aircondition. We felt very uncomfortable, and definately didnt feel welcome at the hotel. Stay away from Blue Panos! We tried attaching pictures, but Hotels.com picture system doesnt work.

When we booked this hotel, there were many positive comments about it on booking, which has changed after we made the reservation. The hotel does not look as nice as on the pictures. The bar/cafe is not working and looks very abandoned and dirty. If you want to get your keys, you need to call the hotel manager. The breakfast which was included in the package had to be consumed in another hotel. The bread was horrible, old and hard to chew. The bathroom was very small and nothing for people who are more than 1,90m tall. There was no air circulation in the bathroom. The shower had a curtain, which would not really help to prevent the bathroom to be flooded every time you would take a shower. The hotel room has no TV and the WiFI is extremely slow. The beds are old and very uncomfortable. There is a fridge in the room, which is a good thing, except that it is very loud during day and night, which makes sleeping very hard. The door to the room does not reach the floor, so you hear all the noise from the entrance, which also prevents from sleeping. Parking is not provided by the hotel. Either you are lucky and get one of two spots in front of the hotel or you need to look for a parking place along the road of the port. Do not use the maps service to be guided to the hotel, because the Google Maps location is not updated. The only thing which is nice about the hotel ist that the sea is only a few meters away and if you are lucky, you can see it from the balcony.

Stay away from this place!!
The place looks abandoned and has nothing to do with the pictures. The bathroom is dirty and old. No cleaning service at all during 5 days. The breakfast is poor and the lady was touching the bread with bare hands. The staff is not helpful at all. Overall, they see you only as money and they are not trying to provide a pleasant stay

The hotel is not operating The hotel is not even one star but rated 3 stars at hotels.com We waited for the owner of the hotel for about one hour and he checked in us in another hotel of his as this hotel was not operating. Thanks to hotels.com, we got the refund and did not stay at the other hotel. Just STAY AWAY and hotels.com should remove this hotel from the listings
