“Super friendly, super helpful staff and just a great accommodating hotel for arriving late. Great breakfast as well.”

“Old, outdated and has junk laying around the property. The desk clerk is very unprofessional and does not work to resolve any problems. They make a copy of your drivers license and once you leave it is tossed in the garbage for anyone to find and not shredded. I would not recommend this place and would give it zero stars if I could.”

“We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !”

“The rooms were very clean (no bugs, clean sheets) and smelled good. The mini fridge is actually pretty big. The first night, the front desk staff was super helpful with the internet and the second night it was someone else, and not very helpful. We tried to get fresh towels and our garbage emptied and had to bring it all to the front desk because they couldn’t leave… that’s probably the only complaint. Complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad either.”

“The property was ok. Our door was damaged and the door to the bathroom was warped. The carpet was peeling away from the wall. It did not affect our stay but certainly not a good first impression. Breakfast was typical but no syrup one day. Staff was friendly. Our key cards quit working the day before we were to leave but they quickly fixed the issue. Pool area was nice.”

“Well let’s start off with my rooms were sold out from underneath me So we settled for what they had so we didn’t have to travel anywhere else which was a downgrade, but wanted to make me feel like I was getting a deal cause they wasn’t gonna charge me for my new rooms which was a double beds instead of a king suits. and when we got in our room, one of the rooms didn’t have a TV remote, and the remote that I was given didn’t work so it was pretty great night”

“It is a business place with a pretty great atmosphere! I loved the hot breakfast options. The pool was heated and indoors. I think they use salt water instead of chlorine and I enjoyed that. I stayed in a king suite with my friend the night before going to Cedar Point. It's a great location for that. We were fully rested after making the trek from Illinois. My room was quiet. The AC is a force to be reckoned with, we could see our breath after it kicked on haha. Big thanks to Ken and other team……

“The hot tub was hot, & the pools were a little cold. It was only in the mid 70's for my stay after a week of being in the 90's so they didn't have the pool heater on but was still enjoyable. The breakfast was good too.”

“There were 2 giant fans in the hallway next to our room. I was never told why. There were burns in the tile in our bathroom tile, NON SMOKING ROOM. There Spiderwebs in bathroom and doorway, and hanging from ceiling. Then spider came down in bathroom, had to kill because 10yr old daughter. There were balls of other people's hair in corners of bathroom. Bath towels are children's size. I could barely cover my body with one, as an adult. There is nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, I……

“Property is in a great location. Everything is clean. The rooms need an upgrade but you would never know that from the outside. I would stay there again.”
