The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very friendly, the beach was awesome, the pool was very nice and the room and complex were very clean. The price was a bit steep but certainly in line with the rest of the area. I suppose it’s to be expected when traveling at peak season.

We had a great experience . We saw Manatee in the canal right off the deck. Room was great and spacious. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

Very quiet! I like how the beach is across the street and easy to walk to without having to deal with all the noise and craziness that comes with being on the beach. You can see the sunrise if you have a room with a bay view and then watch the sunset across the street on the beach later! Would stay again!

Super modern and clean. Definitely would stay again. Very easy close walk to the beach just have to cross one street.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. Marina at the front desk was AMAZING, she guided us to the best room for our stay, and recommend a fishing charter that we enjoyed immensely, thanks to Capt. Norris.

Very nice and quaint place

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

When my grandma and I first came we were greeted when we went to check in with free drinks and then room service always ensured we had water. Property has free taxi rides that work on tips. Bikes, beach chairs, beach loungers, umbrella. I think the only thing I wish the hotel had would be more food options at 82 degrees restaurant other than that the staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our family and friends.

Amazing experience

The hotel is perfectly located. We walked everywhere. When it was raining, we were offered a free car service to a local restaurant. The free breakfast was great! The only drawback is the small, extremely shallow pool.

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

We loved the easy laid back environment! It’s was great to only be a short walk to the beach as well! We also found the surrounding area full of fun things to do especially Frankie’s pizza! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great convenient place with a fantastic pool and bar.

Clean and comfortable! The hotel staff was friendly and provided a pack and play crib for our infant son free of charge.
