"Clean and great staff"

"Only nice thing was the amazing view,the bathrooms small n not hotel standard,the room dusty and carpet looks dirty .staff was unpleasant and i asked for a lifejacket for my daighter they said they will check and get back to me but never did."

"Good location. Lovely lobby with live music in the evening. Room had a great view, but lots of issues with wear and tear. Ironing board broken, faucet in kitchenette leaking (housekeeping left a rag there to soak up the water), coffee maker but no pods in the room, front of cabinetry pealed off under sink and then just painted to kind of match... Just not what you'd expect for the price..."

"Great value! We have stayed multiple times at this hotel and will be back again. For what you pay in that location you can’t get better value. If you’re pretentious and need sparkling fancy new then don’t stay here. If you want location, a nice clean safe place to stay with a great breakfast and reasonable parking rates for downtown with a suite style room then this place is great. It was our Hotels.com free tenth night stay and Peter at the desk was great and upgraded us to the penthouse with a massive balcony overlooking Elgin street. The breakfast is a legit proper feast too. Highly recommend it is older and not newly renovated but is very clean and well kept with good location, price and breakfast."

"The location was great, close to the Falls and within walking distance to the casino, restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay again."
