“Noisy by traffic during the night in the road side room”

“Went for my baby moon and I absolutely loved it, food is a lil bland. Room Service and the Asian restaurant is the best and the red velvet cake from the ice cream place is great as well. I will always recommend to get the reserve. The food by the pool is great and the little appetizers and the reserve room is better in the checkout and check-in. It’s just more of a better experience and you get a free night at the steakhouse as well. The steakhouse could’ve been better. They try to charge you to……

“I stayed for two nights and paid extra for an ocean view , but they put me on the first floor of baja point villa and didn't get a full view of the ocean , half of it was garden 😔, not what I was expecting for what I paid , plus shower was not clean , I called reception and they said they would try to accommodate me on another room , but they needed to check for availability, all that happened the first day ,but the second day nothing happened, never hear from them or did anything about the……
