Staff is awsome! Clean room and cofortable beds & comfy pillows. We decided to extend our stay 3 additional nights. We had an issue with the rate and an over charge on our credit card. I spoke with Sophie, at the front desk and this young lady took charge and fixed it immediately with a smile on her face and was very apologetic. If you're interested in experiencing Old California while visiting San Juan Bautista, this is a lovely place to stay. It is fairly recently refurbished in old mission and hacienda style. The room we stayed in was well-appointed, comfortable, quiet and clean. The grounds are also very appealing. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and even took home a few bottles of their signature wine from Leal Vineyards in Hollister. So far we've opened just one bottle--an 09 Cab--and it was wonderful....
