“Very clean and friendly”

“I ended up not staying at this property because the condition of the room was unacceptable. Upon entering, there was a strong moldy smell. I tried turning on the air conditioning to see if it would improve the odor, but it did not help. The room itself appeared unclean. The desk was dirty, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, the mirror was visibly dirty, and the bed looked as though someone had started making it but never finished. Even the hand soap had already been opened, which raised……

“Staff was very aggressive, rude, would not let us finish a sentence or ask a question without an authoritative interject as if any type of communication was an attempt to undermine their professionalism.. just felt cold, as if scolded by a controlling overbarring parental figure. It was uncalled for. We ended up having to cancel a 3 day stay with a $150 security deposit I might add, due to unforeseen circumstances that required us to relocate to a new city… never even stepped foot in our suite,……

“Decent price for a decent place to get some sleep. Best part is a lot of great places to visit within walking distance. If not public transportation passes right by to get to almost anywhere in fort Myers and cape Coral. Not far from downtown either.”

“We have stayed at this HI Express several times and so appreciate the great staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We were a bit disappointed on our most recent stay, our last night our bed was not made, towels were just left on the sink counter. We can't say enough about the breakfast service and the staff who makes it possible, and about the front desk weekend staff. They are amazing, and we are so grateful that you are there so that we can travel safely and comfortably. We will be back!”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“Einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft, gute Betten mit sauberem Bettzeug, Klimaanlage (alle) ziemlich laut, dafür konnte man auf beiden Seiten der Zimmer jeweils Fenster öffnen (mit Fliegengittern) und damit lüften”

“入住的非常好，前台工作人员非常友善，也非常热情，整个酒店的工作人员都非常的专业，很热情，房间清洁也很到位，设施不算很新，但也都能用维护的都很好，吹风机的风也很大，我是全家带小孩入住，非常推荐这个酒店，早餐花样不多，但该有的全部都有很齐全大家也都非常热情，我很喜欢这个酒店，如果下次再来，我还会选择入住这里”
