“I reserved room with 2 queen size beds, which Expedia confirmed but received King room with sleeping sofa. Sleeping sofa is not as comfortable as regular bed. No apologies were issued. No explanation before we were sent to the room. When called the front desk we were told to wait 5 minutes, someone is working on it. After 20 minutes of not hearing back, I called. No resolution was issued. Next morning I asked to be moved to a new room, which we were. We should have been informed upon check in……

“This loft is lovely! It is clean, tidy, and well equipped in the kitchen. There's a washer & dryer for longer stays. The beds & pillows are comfortable. And the location is great - literally a block away from the quaint Troutdale main street, and just a few blocks from 18 food trucks! If visiting Troutdale for the FSM Clinic, this location couldn't be better...it's just steps from their door! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again if we return! ”
