The main level features an office, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and an open-concept living and dining area that flows towards the pool and gardens through walls of glass. A curated collection of rustic and contemporary furnishings have been chosen with your comfort in mind all within a secure and private property that is framed by lush tropical gardens, including banana and lime trees.

On the second level, you will find three bedrooms with luxury linens, fans, and air conditioning along with wi-fi and smart televisions. There are two full bathrooms stocked with eco-friendly shampoo and bath products and a rooftop terrace overlooking the pool with Sunbrella outdoor furnishings. The third level features a large covered rooftop deck surrounded by plants and trees with custom outdoor furnishings, a perfect spot for entertaining on a tropical evening.

The villa is surrounded by the lush surroundings of Holistika, a community in Tulum known for its jungle park and yoga, and its neighbors the Tulum pueblo. We are a short walk or bike ride to numerous cafes, markets, shops, and restaurants. The stunning white beaches and turquoise waters of the Caribbean are a bike ride or short drive from the villa.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and safes. Rooms open to patios. Accommodations are furnished with desks and dining tables.
