CASA AVENTURA is the byproduct and dream vacation house of a tight-knit family from Toronto, who fell in love with Tulum. Casa Aventura offers a luxurious getaway perfectly located between the town and close to all the action of the beach strip. Every detail was meticulously selected to create a beautiful and relaxing vacation destination.

We believe memories are meant to be shared and when we’re unable to use it ourselves, we want Casa Aventura to be a place where experiences become stories that are remembered forever.

• Due to the nature of the location of Tulum, situated in the middle of the jungle, you can find bugs, insects and little reptiles in and around the home (Ants, mosquitoes, scorpions, spiders - all non-poisoning. Rest assured, home is completely cleaned before arrivals.
• Due to the infrastructure in Tulum, power outages occur often and sometimes for various hours.
• Casa Aventura is situated in a new community, therefore please expect there to be constructions around and next to the property. Construction usually starts at 8am M-F and 9am S-S. There are no construction rules so it can be noisy
• Longer stays could have free extra cleaning on the 3rd day

- FAQs -

Are you able to send taxis/transportation to the house?
We can send taxis to the properties when requested. If you need a taxi between 10pm and 9am, it must be notified to the manager assigned to your stay before 10pm so it can be pre-arranged for your desired time. If taxis are not requested before 10pm, unfortunately we will not be able to do it after that time.

How far are we from the beach?
Moving around Tulum is quite easy, if you rent a bike, the nearest beach would be at around 30 minutes away from our properties. Or by car, 9 minutes away. Please note that popular restaurants and beach clubs in the hotel zone can take longer to get there during peak times in the day. We recommend you give yourself at least 30mins.

Is the pool hot?
Because the average temperature in Tulum is 28 °C, our pool is not heated by anything other than the sun.

Closest shop/convenience store?
There are two conveniently located supermarkets around 7-10 minutes away by car - “Super Aki” or “Chedraui”.

Do we modify reservations?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the capacity to modify any confirmed reservation due to external factors. We can only extend reservation dates if we have availability.


Can I have more friends over on the property?
External people from the original confirmed reservation are not allowed in the property.

Can I check in early?
This is normally not possible since we are usually fully booked, and need time to get the room ready for our next guests.

Am I able to host parties?
As of August 20, 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings, consistent with Airbnb community policies. This party ban applies to all future bookings on Airbnb, and it will remain in effect indefinitely, until further notice.
