“The room was great. Very clean. The staff needs lessons in etiquette.”

“One night stay after driving 8 hrs. You get what you pay for. Room had an odor but overall was decent . We always travel with spray. A few bugs but no roaches. Bed was to soft and frame was metal. Breakfast was basic cereal and microwave croissant sandwiches. Yogurt was expired. Coffee decent.”

“The room was clean and convenient. There was a significant smell probably coming in through the AC duct. That's the main reason for downgrading.”

“As soon as we walked it several roaches crawled across our floor. Went to front desk and nobody answered. The furniture was also broken and damaged. And the shower was horrible. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN!!”

“This place is amazing the staff is next level helpful and warm and make you feel like family. It’s in a really good part of this area with great restaurants and night time entertainment. Also in walking distance to a bakery that is absolutely amazing this coming for someone how lives in NY says a lot about that bakery, I have stayed at a lot of hotels and resorts and have not found staff that treat you as well as the staff here does.”

“Loved the warm welcome from the hosts. First time staying in a B&B and this was a great experience that I will definitely do again. The room was very spacious due to the high ceiling and I loved all the restored details of the house. It was the small details that made this stay refreshing. Loved the family style breakfast that was provided.”

“We couldn’t find ice in any level of the hotel, the room was nice but can be cleaner, I found a hair in the shower and the trash cans in the room were dirty from previous trash other than that breakfast was really good and the stuff was friendly we were able too have a good night of sleep”

“I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was professional and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, especially the accommodations rooms. I have mobility issues and could get around the room with ease. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a nice place to lay their head while traveling, to stay at the Townplace.”
