"This is my second time staying here. I would rate 10 stars for the staff. They were super nice and accommodating for anything you needed. The hotel is in a good location, near restaurants, shopping , Galleria mall is only about 2 miles away. Quick check Nextdoor.. Rooms were nice. I noticed they removed the coffee pots, but they offer it in the lobby all day and night. The room did have a microwave. Breakfast was served from 6:30 to 9:30 AM which was adequate. Some hot foods and cold.."

The lack of food options in the hotel itself, without having to walk outside to the other Buildings especially for breakfast, is a pretty big negative."
