There was hair in the tub when we first arrived. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The shower head was set really low and not adjustable, so hard for taller people to use. The bed frame wasn't anchored to the wall and there were huge holes where the nails were supposed to be. There were no welcome snacks or extra toiletries (Q-tips, cotton puffs). The mini fridge was so cold it froze our stuff. However, the linens were clean and the theme of the room was warm and cozy. The hair and skin care products (Rocky Mountain) were amazing as usual. The spa was nice overall, and the massages were amazing, but the geisha tub was too tiny to really relax in for two people. The underground parking is a disaster. Really tiny spaces, under construction, and a lot of spots pooled in mud puddles. The staff were really lovely throughout the facility, and overall a good experience!

Some ground-floor rooms are a bit below ground level, and the patio faces directly toward outside facilities. Because of that, it’s hard to keep the curtains open without losing privacy.
