This beautiful Vail home features newly remodeled floors, furnishings, and appliances. This home is perfect for a ski/snowboard weekend or a relaxing and quiet vacation!
Upon entering the home you will find the layout suitable for families. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo! The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom features a twin over full bunkbed. Please note the trundle mattress is located in the closet as the trundle is broken but the mattress is located in the bedroom closet for your use. On the third floor, you will find the master bedroom which holds a king bed and ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower.
On the second floor is the kitchen with all of the essentials and the living room that features a large flat screen Roku TV (please use your own log in) and new plush couch gathered around a gas fireplace. The kitchen is well quipped with a toaster oven, drip coffee make, wine ware, and more. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. A washer and dryer are available for those wet ski clothes. Step outside onto the outdoor patio and enjoy the crisp mountain air.

Located only 10 minutes away from the Vail and Lionshead Villages (via a FREE shuttle located right across the street) and a quick 12-minute drive to Beaver Creek, this home is perfect for any outdoor adventurer!
Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.
