However, the experience had some drawbacks given the high price point. The shower was frustrating to use, as it fluctuated between scalding hot and ice cold, making it difficult to find a manageable temperature. Don’t get me wrong, location is amazing, amenities are great, cleanliness was on point and staff was very kind as it should for the price you pay for. It’s not a cheap place and when you book something like this you expect the best. I thought I was gonna have a great time there, enjoying the slopes and coming back to a comfortable apartment, however on the very first day right after we got there we noticed the room was too hot, turned the temp down and it didn’t work. Contacted management and they sent someone to check and for some reason (probably a broken valve) the temperature was extremely high and it wouldn’t go down. I contacted them at 8pm and it was already 11pm and I was dealing with this thing. It was too late, there was nothing they could do so I had to open the window a little bit and hope I wouldn’t have to wake up in the middle of the night freezing (it was 10 degrees outside). Didn’t have a good night, went to the slopes tired and stressed. They called me, sent somebody, said by the time I come back it was going to be solved. Guess what? They didn’t and my wife and I had to spend two more days there trying to adjust the window which became our new thermostat. However, it was the hotel staff that made our stay wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful: from front desk, housekeeping, bell services and shuttle service.
