"Hotel was good it's new I believe but the bed was bad I couldn't sleep well very small for 2 people 😴 very uncomfortable other than that everything was ok"

"Las camas no tienen sábanas. El agua de la ducha es muy difÃcil de regular. También, el aire acondicionado no es fácil de operar. Lo demás, excelente, sobre todo el desayuno y el servicio de transfer al y desde el Aeropuerto. Pero sin duda alguna, la mayor debilidad de este Hotel, es su Recepción. Muy chica, sin facilidades para el pasajero, mucha rotación de personal (estuve dos veces en el presente mes) y poco recepcionista atendiendo, normalmente uno y a lo más hay un segundo en etapa de aprendizaje. Prepárense para una buena espera en los check in y chekc out, especialmente en las horas peak. Finalmente, hay lookers de pago para guardar maletas por horas y por dÃas."

"Ideal hotel if you are looking for a place to rest your head before a morning flight at Madrid–Barajas Airport. The rooms are basic, clean, creatively decorated with clouds patterns on the ceilings and minimalists storage on the wall. The hallways and lobby area are similarly decorated and generally provide a fun vibe for this hotel. Downstairs there is a small bar area with video games and seating, including an awesome Alien pinball machine - shame it was broken as I would have loved to play. The staff member at the desk spoke great English and was really friendly and genuine. My only complaint is the pillows were too soft and no extra ones were offered in the room nor was there a blanket. These two element would have made the room just a bit more comfortable."

"This hotel is in need of some upgrades in some area eg, flooring in hallways, but it’s staff, location, and excellent breakfast buffet can’t be beat! Such easy safe access to the metro. A great place to stay while visiting Madrid without the crowds and expense of central Madrd"
