### Description

The villa was built in 2009 on a plot of 800 square meters, with the house occupying 120 square meters distributed over two floors. Its facilities are new and well-equipped and it has a fiber optic Internet connection (300Mbps), and Wi-Fi on both floors and in the garden. 3 bedrooms. Main double with Smart TV, another furnished with 2 beds and the third with 1 bed and an office to work. All with exterior views. A bathroom on each floor.  
Downstairs bathroom with shower and another bathroom upstairs with tub. Private garage and easy parking at street level in front of the door of the villa.  
Kitchen with garden views and equipped with Refrigerator, Vitro, Italian and electric Capsule Coffee Maker, Oven Heater and Microwave. Separate laundry room.  
Spacious living room with dining table and comfortable TV area, Disney+ and free VodafoneTV.  
Magnificent porch overlooking the garden to watch the sunsets. Perimeter security by cameras.  
Barbecue area. Private heated pool. Pool heating is optional and is not included in the price of the reservation.

#### Villa mit Aussicht auf Berge und Meer

Die Anreise vom Flughafen sollte unbedingt über Arucas erfolgen. Google maps unterstützt sehr gut. Die Villa haben wir in sehr sauberem Zustand vorgefunden. Zwei Schlafzimmer waren wunschgemäß vorbereitet. Die Lage des Objekts ist idyllisch. Vom gepflegten Garten mit Obstbäumen hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Berge, ins Tal und auf das Meer. Von den Obstbäumen darf man sich nicht bedienen, aber wir haben alle paar Tage Mandarinen zum Verzehr für uns vorgefunden. Gewünscht hätten wir uns die eine oder andere Orange und Zitrone. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, auch nicht die wundervolle BBQ-Station. Garten und Haus sind sehr großzügig und das Haus ist so eingerichtet wie wir uns spanischen Stil vorstellen. TV haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Küche ist etwas sparsam eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Elektrogeräte sind vorhanden. Töpfe waren etwas knapp, zwei kleine Töpfe und ein großer Schmortopf. Zwei Wochen haben wir uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennenlernen dürften. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war top. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir glauben Maria sitzt auf dem Handy. Herzlichen Dank für die gute Betreuung, Wir würden die Villa nicht nochmals buchen. Es war wunderschön in den Bergen aber auch häufig extrem steil und kurvenreich. Das muss man mögen. Unser Mietwagen, ohne den geht es nicht, hatte einiges zu ertragen. Einkäufe sind nur mit Auto machbar und es ist sinnvoll diese in Arucas zu erledigen. Es gibt dort einen großen Hiper Dino. Dort findet man fast alles was man braucht. Das größte Problem für uns waren die Hunde. Keine Familie in der Gegend ohne Hund. Fängt einer an zu bellen, dann machen die anderen Hunde in der Gegend und im Tal direkt mit. Dann ist hier Stmmung und Schluß mit Idylle. Wir wünschen Maria und ihrem Ehemann alles Gute mit der Villa.
