Available for monthly rental, enjoy unobstructed, stunning views of Coal Harbour, Stanley Park, North Shore Mountains, and Lions Gate Bridge from this luxury two bed, two bath home. Recently renovated, this unit boasts high-end finishings. Steps to the seawall, groceries, coffee and great restaurants; Urban Fare, Starbucks, Cardero's, Lift, Fairmont, Marriott, Westin Bayshore, Stanley Park, Robson Street and many more attractions. Our home is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and especially families with young kids.

The space:

With over 900 square feet located in downtown Vancouver's most prestigious location, this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home was renovated in 2016!

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite, full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen and toddler bed. The living room has a big, comfy couch (not pull-out). Additional queen and twin size aerobeds are available too.

What makes our place unique is the location, the unobstructed view and comfort.


Located in prestigious Coal Harbour, the condo is: a block from the Seawall that connects to Stanley Park; across from Urban Fare (a high-end grocer), a Shoppers Drug Mart, a 7-11, a Starbucks, a Liquor Store and much more.

There is a bus stop at the rear entrance of the building, or you are just a few minutes walking distance from Burrard or Waterfront Skytrain station.

Also, within a few minutes walk, you are on fashionable Alberni and Robson streets, and many 5 star hotels.

The View:

One of our favourite things to do is to wake up and enjoy breakfast in the dining area overlooking Coal Harbour Marina, Stanley Park, the Lion's Gate Bridge and West Vancouver. Another favourite is getting fresh food from the grocer across the street, enjoying a meal and nice wine on our lovely patio! The sunsets are often spectacular!


We love our place and have made it comfortable with high-end finishings and fixtures, including 4K televisions and high-def cable, Bose home theatre, Netflix and more. Our home is perfect for a traveling family with kids, business travellers, couples and the discerning solo traveler.

Guest access:

You will have access to the in-suite laundry, barbecue, a gym and hot-tub in the building, and one parking spot (with notice).

Interaction with guests:

We do not interact with guests after checking in except to see how the stay is going. We are just a phonecall or text away from answering any questions about your stay.

The neighbourhood:

Located in Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver's most prestigious neighbourhood, we overlook Stanley Park, the Westin Bayshore, Vancouver Rowing Club, Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, West Vancouver and more. Just a few steps away from the seawall or financial district, you can walk to Stanley Park in ten minutes, or to English Bay in fifteen minutes.

You can cross the street to Urban Fare, the Marriott, the Pinnacle, the Loden, Starbucks and more for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Restaurants, luxury hotels (the Fairmonts, Hyatt, Shangri La...), shopping and much more are within a block or two.

Getting around:

Bus stops are located at the rear entrance of the building on Pender. It's just a few minutes walk to the Burrard or Waterfront Skytrain stations (less the Seawall, which we overlook and is a couple minutes to walk to. Other things to note: 4k TV's, 4k Cable, High Speed Internet, Netflix, CraveTV. For young families with infants and toddlers, we have a basinette and crib, change table, diaper genie and much more to take care of your precious little ones. Kids love the toddler bed and there are plenty of board games and more to keep everyone happy. There’s a playground and community centre less than a 2 minute walk away, which you can see from our view. *Please note that there is construction noise from the building lot next door. Great Experience
The owner, Rahim, is a treasure. He treated my parents, who were staying in the condo and are in their 80s, incredibly well. He was quick to respond and always gracious and quick to action. Lovely home made cookies on arrival! The stay was extended twice due to COVID19 and Rahim was incredibly supportive and attentive to their needs. And the view is gorgeous! Definitely a 5 star experience.

The apartment building is in a perfect location in a tightly secured building. The views of the harbor are amazing. It was clean and very lovely inside. RJ and Michelle were extremely easy to work with and responded immediately. I would highly recommend it.
