The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

On checking in, and the majority of the time we had contact with reception, we were met by Omar. He is a credit to that hotel and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a special one. The room we requested was absolutely amazing and looked even better than the photos. It was spacious, clean and had wonderful facilities - in particular the hot tub. Breakfast was excellent with so many hot and cold options to list. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and hotel and if we were in Venice again, we would only look to stay here."
