James Park 及Buckingham Palace。

“Room is tidy although a bit small. But fine for 1 person. Bathroom is clean , just the shower space is a bit small. Generally staffs are friendly. Location is ok, 5 mins walk to Pimlico and 8-10 mins walk to victoria.”

“High technologies provided in the room such as electrically operated adjustable bed level with massage function, electrical switch for moving the curtain, i-pad provision for use, handy smart phone for free use etc which I never encountered in all the hotel rooms I stayed in the past. It would be much more welcoming to guests if staff at reception expressed more smiles.”

“Room’s too small with the rate they charged and the worst part was the water press for shower was really low…there’s another newer hotel right next to the Victoria station which charges similar…”

“disappointing for a five star hotel. We stayed for 6 nights across t separate visits. Unfortunately, the service feel short fo vie star expections. The conditioner dispenr was broker and the staff who rplaced it left the bathroom dirty. Our room was not cleasn b”
