“This is a nice hotel but the staff is terrible I had one housekeeper on my last night there that was very good but other then that the staff at the front desk took forever to answer the phone had to call back to back before they did… I was there almost a week and only had housekeeping clean my room once when I called to ask couldn’t they come with clean towels and sheets they put them in a bag and dropped them off never had to make my own bed clean my room only garbage they would take is the……

“I am so disappointed that I booked through hotels.com and have prepaid the accommodation fees. But the hotel has twice charged me the accommodation fees on my credit card for second time and did not solve the problem. They even provide me a billing details with the charge of credit card. I am confused. I do not believe this hotel and hotels.com. As they did not make me feel comfortable.Bad experience.”
